4Cs - Cultivating Creative Cultures with Communities

through inclusion, respect and integrity

In 2026, VET students Narre Warren South P–12 College and VCE-VM students from Lyndhurst Secondary College will collaborate through student-led projects as part of the 4Cs Showcase. Celebrating educational achievement, cultural diversity, and creative expression.

It has provided young people with opportunities to share their cultural heritage with pride while promoting inclusion, respect, and integrity. Through authentic learning experiences and strong community partnerships, 4Cs empowers students to develop leadership skills and strengthen their voice. 4Cs recognises and celebrates the unique contributions of students from diverse backgrounds. Together, these experiences foster belonging, connection, and community pride.

Schools

In partnership with primary and secondary schools, 4Cs provides a platform for students to showcase their creativity, leadership, and cultural identity. Through collaborative, student-led projects, schools play a vital role in bringing performances and exhibitions to life by highlighting diverse voices and strengthening community connections. The annual showcase celebrates educational achievement, multicultural storytelling, and creative expression. Students are empowered to share their heritage with pride while embracing the values of inclusion, respect, and integrity.

Community

4Cs celebrates the strength and diversity of our wider community by providing a platform for cultural expression, connection, and shared storytelling. Community groups, families, and local artists play a vital role in the success of the program. Their contributions help showcase the rich cultural traditions and talents that exist within our communities. Through participation and collaboration, they strengthen connections between schools, families, and community organisations. Together, they help create an inclusive, vibrant, and meaningful celebration for all. For over 20 years, 4Cs has fostered meaningful partnerships between schools, communities, and industry, creating authentic learning opportunities that inspire student voice, leadership, and belonging.

Meet Our Hosts

This year, we are joined by the amazing Uelese and PJ as our Masters of Ceremonies - these two have been involved in 4Cs in different ways over the years, first as performers, then coming back to support the night with their energy, enthusiasm and humour working with new young people.

We love having Uelese and PJ with us, and can't wait to have them bring their special brand of entertainment to our 20th Year Anniversary!
