All Registration Forms to be completed by June 23rd 2026
For schools:
Your school's form must only be signed off by a member of the Principal class.
To celebrate the 20th Year Anniversary for 4Cs, we are offering every group/school 1-2 pages in our program for the night you are performing how your school has participated in 4Cs.
It can include:
short paragraphs from your students.
Photos from the past or present – including a collage of past year books.
Any stand out stories you would like to share.
How many years you have participated in the events.
Memories
Any other way you would like to celebrate your school/groups success in the 4Cs showcase.
